1. Who we are
VarsityProof is a product of CKT Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit our website or use the VarsityProof service.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account identifiers such as user ID and email address; organization and workspace information; campaign, athlete, school-theme, location, conversion, and performance records; communications and support requests; and technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, security events, and service usage.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize workspaces, calculate attribution and reporting, secure and maintain the service, respond to support requests, communicate service updates, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve VarsityProof.
4. Customer-controlled information
Business customers determine what campaign and partnership information they add to VarsityProof and who may access their workspace. Do not place Social Security numbers, full banking credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive data into ordinary notes or fields that are not specifically designated for that purpose.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to infrastructure, authentication, analytics, security, communications, and support providers that process it for us; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or at your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and customers remain responsible for securing their accounts and controlling workspace access.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention may vary by data type and customer instructions. You may request account or workspace deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and contractual retention requirements.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
9. Third-party services
VarsityProof may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. University names and customer-configured school colors do not imply that a university has provided data to or endorsed VarsityProof.
10. Children
VarsityProof is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any athlete information they submit is collected and used with appropriate authority.
11. Policy changes
We may update this Policy as the service and applicable requirements evolve. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required.
