Information, scores, reminders, templates, dashboards, evidence records, measurements, and reports provided through VarsityProof are for business operations and general informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or regulatory advice.
No compliance determination
VarsityProof may help organize agreements, disclosures, approvals, fulfillment evidence, payment records, rights dates, response records, and other partnership information. Threshold reminders, category flags, countdowns, confidence scores, release labels, and exports are decision-support features—not legal conclusions, fair-market-value determinations, eligibility rulings, publication approvals, certifications, or proof that a filing was accepted. VarsityProof does not determine whether an arrangement complies with governing-body requirements, school or organization policies, state or federal law, tax rules, fundraising rules, privacy obligations, or contractual requirements. Customers should obtain advice from qualified professionals when needed.
Measurement and performance limitations
Revenue attribution, ROAS, observable-response measurements, fulfillment records, renewal reports, and recommendations depend on the completeness, timing, and accuracy of customer-supplied or connected data. Results may be affected by offline activity, untracked referrals, shared devices or codes, refunds, delayed reporting, incomplete evidence, and other factors. VarsityProof does not guarantee revenue, performance, fulfillment, partner renewal, participant suitability, or future results.
No affiliation or endorsement
References to customers, schools, nonprofits, sponsors, corporate partners, colleges, universities, athletic programs, conferences, athletes, team colors, or other third-party identifiers may be provided or configured by customers for partnership operations. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, licensing from, or endorsement by any person, institution, organization, governing body, or rights holder.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying permissions, disclosures, promised benefits, fulfillment evidence, content claims, intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, tax documentation, restricted-category requirements, data authority, and the accuracy of information entered into VarsityProof. A platform alert, status, release label, or completed checklist is not a substitute for independent review.
Third-party services
VarsityProof may reference or connect with third-party services, marketplaces, payment providers, point-of-sale systems, analytics tools, and external websites. CKT Ventures does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, terms, or practices.
