Information, scores, reminders, templates, dashboards, and reports provided through VarsityProof are for business operations and general informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or regulatory advice.
No compliance determination
VarsityProof may help organize agreements, disclosures, approvals, payment records, rights dates, and other campaign evidence. It does not determine whether an NIL arrangement complies with NCAA rules, College Sports Commission requirements, conference or school policies, state law, federal law, tax rules, or contractual obligations. Customers should obtain advice from qualified professionals when needed.
Attribution and performance limitations
Revenue attribution, ROAS, customer-acquisition calculations, renewal scores, and recommendations depend on the completeness, timing, and accuracy of customer-supplied or connected data. Results may be affected by shared devices, offline purchases, untracked referrals, code sharing, refunds, delayed reporting, and other factors. VarsityProof does not guarantee revenue, campaign performance, athlete suitability, or future results.
No university or athlete endorsement
References to colleges, universities, athletic programs, conferences, athletes, team colors, or other third-party identifiers are provided or configured by customers for campaign organization. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, licensing from, or endorsement by any institution, governing body, athlete, or rights holder.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying campaign permissions, disclosures, deliverables, content claims, intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, tax documentation, prohibited-category restrictions, and the accuracy of all information entered into VarsityProof. A platform alert or completed checklist is not a substitute for independent review.
Third-party services
VarsityProof may reference or connect with third-party services, marketplaces, payment providers, point-of-sale systems, analytics tools, and external websites. CKT Ventures does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, terms, or practices.
