How to do it

  1. CSV imports and the universal webhook are available immediately.
  2. Setup required means the adapter is implemented but still needs a paid VarsityProof plan, provider credentials or authorization and formal certification evidence before it can be described as production-proven.
  3. Shopify, Square, Clover, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Meta, YouTube and Twilio use managed read-only connections. Segment, AppsFlyer, Branch and Adjust use dedicated authenticated event endpoints.
  4. Stripe Payments remains unavailable for merchant installation until Stripe resolves the public-app distribution restriction. TikTok sandbox authorization works, but production distribution remains subject to provider approval.
  5. Toast is waiting on partner review, which may take up to 30 days from the August 22, 2026 submission. Lightspeed is planned next; Mindbody, Vagaro, Boulevard and Wix remain customer-requested candidates.
  6. Open Integrations to see the current connection status for each provider.
  7. Use CSV or webhook ingestion until the provider connection is fully active.
  8. Contact support if a connected source stops delivering records.
